Musician’s Friend Leases 141,000 Square Foot Distribution Facility For Immediate Release: July 1, 2000 Musician’s Friend, Inc. a catalog and internet retailer of music equipment and supplies has leased Mid-West Terminal’s new 141,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution facility. Musician’s Friend based in Medford, Oregon will consolidate their current distribution operations located in Nashville, TN and Medford, Oregon into the new Kansas City based facility. The long-term lease commencing July 1, 2000 provides Musician’s Friend the ability expand the facility up to 250,000 square feet in order to accommodate future growth. Mid-West Terminal’s facility was chosen over several other facilities in Kansas City and St. Louis due to a superior geographic location and a highly competitive lease rate. Musician’s Friend’s new distribution center will house a 10,000 square foot retail outlet and showroom and will employ approximately 75 people in the Kansas City area. ----------
